You can join the Fundraising Committee to help plan and execute major annual events like the Spring Arts Festival, securing corporate sponsorships and managing vendor relations to maximize revenue for crucial arts programs, transforming community generosity into tangible resources. We always need dedicated parents to serve on the Events Logistics Team, which is responsible for coordinating the massive details involved in school performances, handling everything from setting up seating for theatrical productions to organizing the catering and decorations for teacher appreciation luncheons, thereby transforming an ordinary gathering into a memorable, professionally managed occasion. For those who prefer a more behind-the-scenes role, the Resource Management Team often needs assistance sorting, inventorying, and organizing specialized arts materials, ensuring that every classroom has the necessary clay, canvases, instrument accessories, or media cartridges precisely when they are needed for instruction. Furthermore, we actively seek Communications Volunteers who can help draft newsletters, manage our social media presence, and maintain the PTO website, amplifying our mission and reaching more potential donors and partners within the wider community to sustain our growth.
